Providers Online - Super User registration

What will you need to do?

It's easy to set up a Providers Online account. Before you begin, decide who will be the ‘Super User’ for your facility or practice. This person will be the main account holder and will be able to set up other 'Delegate Users'. So it's really important that if you're completing this form, you've the authority to do so on behalf of your practice or organisation.

To apply to become a 'Super user' you'll need to complete this simple registration form. Here we ask for some basic details about you and the provider you represent (including the name of a referee) as well as a suggested username that you'll use to access the system.

What happens then?

Once you have submitted this form to us, we'll check to confirm your provider status and verify your identity as the 'Super user'. We need to do this to maintain a high level of security. We may need to suggest an alternative username if the one you've suggested is already taken. You will receive an email (to the address supplied) confirming your username and a link to create a password. Once you follow the link your account will be activated.

Once your 'Super user' account has been set up you'll be able to set up additional users (known as ‘delegate users’) via the "My Users" section on the website. You can give them permission to use some or all of the functions available, remove users who no longer need access, and update a user’s access by changing their permissions.

Please be aware that once your 'Super user' account has been set up, Providers Online will be the default setting for receiving your provider statements and we'll no longer send you paper copies. As soon as your statement is generated on our system, it'll be available for you to download.
